John K. Hayes, Jr., MS, MD
Dr. Hayes has been performing Brachytherapy procedures since 1988 and has performed over 2000 implants. Dr. Hayes is a native of Provo, UT. He received a B.S. degree in Chemistry in 1977 (Cum Laude) and a M.S. degree in Physical Chemistry in 1980 from Brigham Young University. In 1983, Dr. Hayes graduated with his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Utah. He served his internship and residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Utah from 1983-1988. Dr. Hayes is board certified in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology.
